20 x 20 x 1 1/2  stretched canvas with painted sides, ready to hang or can be framed

Mixed media on canvas using speciality plasters and acrylics. The nest collage is built with pieces of vintage book pages, fibers, threads from cheesecloth and one piece of gold thread. The gold thread symbolizes the connection to home that is always there. Loose, free marks finish out the shapes and add details to the image. The painted background continues around the canvas edges so it can be hung framed or unframed.

Signed and titled on back and fitted with wire for easy hanging.
